Say ¨Spanish cuisine¨ to just about any foreigner and they are going to think tapas. Veleria, located on the Veles e Vents promenade in the AC North Park, is just the place to get a taste of this quintessential Spanish fare here in the Port.
You can make an entire meal from the tapas alone (true Spanish style) with classics like Chistorras (chorizo), Tortillas (a Spanish omelet), and various toasts topped with everything from Norwegian salmon to game partridge stew. You could also pair one or two of these up with classic dishes taken up a notch such as Galician style Octopus or Stuffed Sirloin.
